How Strong is it?We roast our blends to a medium degree (@212°C) to achieve a vibrant espresso, or sweet and full bodied filter. Smooth Sailing is an intensely sweet and balanced decaf espresso. It performs well black, in milk, or as a cold brew. Contains approximately 10mg of caffeine or less per 10g serving, when brewed to our recipes. This is around 92% less caffeine than our Full Speed blend and other regular coffees. For reference, there is around 12mg of caffeine in a 30g serving of dark chocolate. If you want an even lower 4 single shot drinks per day will yield a total of 40mg caffeine (400mg is recommended per day for healthy adults). |
