Very aromatic, with notes of peach, lime zest, elderflower and jasmine. On the palate, it is intensely dry, vibrant, crisp and light-bodied. A wine that surprises and intrigues. Best served chilled. It pairs beautifully with seafood dishes as well as rich, fatty foods.
